However, here are a few FAQs, should your question be something we get a lot!

 

PRODUCTS

Q: ARE YOUR PHONE CASES PROTECTIVE?

A: Yes! Our phone cases offer dual-layer protection, featuring a shock-absorbing TPU interior paired with a sleek, hard shell exterior, making them both impact- and scratch-resistant. They provide easy access to all ports and are compatible with induction charging (excluding MagSafe).

We always recommend using screen protectors + our cases for the best protection. Although our cases provide great protection from the majority of incidents (when used in conjunction with a screen protector), we cannot guarantee complete protection from 100% of drops or incidents and do not accept any responsibility for any damages or losses.

 

Q: ARE YOUR AIRPODS CASES PROTECTIVE?

A: Yes! Our AirPods cases are made of impact-absorbing polycarbonate, making them both durable and lightweight whilst protecting against drops and scratches. Although our cases provide great protection from the majority of incidents, we cannot guarantee complete protection from 100% of drops or incidents and do not accept any responsibility for any damages or losses.

 

Q: HOW DO I INSTALL AN AIRPODS CASE?

A: The bottom half of your Space Turtle case can simply be slipped on the AirPods case and pulled on and off when access to the back button is required. The top section is secured using a sticky tab, provided with the case, and should not be removed once installed. This means that the AirPods case is safely secured and will not come off unless intentionally removed.

Q: ARE YOUR PHONE CASES MAGSAFE COMPATIBLE?

A: No, our cases are not MagSafe compatible, however, they do work with induction charging.

 

Q: DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CASES?

A: At the moment, we do not offer custom cases. However, please feel free to contact us on our get in touch page or through our Instagram (@spaceturtleuk)  if you have any suggestions for new cases. We love to hear from you, so please don't hesitate to message us!

 

Q: DO YOU MAKE CASES FOR MY PHONE TYPE?

A: Currently, we only offer cases for a limited number of phone types, however, we are more than happy to order in other types of phone cases, should there be demand. So, please fill out our get in touch form or message us on Instagram @spaceturtleuk to let us know if you are interested in buying a Space Turtle case but we don't yet offer your phone type. 

 

Q: IF THE DESIGN I LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK FOR MY PHONE/ AIRPODS TYPE, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED SOON?

A: We are a small business and so we operate according to demand. Make sure to show interest for a particular design in a certain case size either by filling out our get in touch form or by contacting us via Instagram. We aim to be flexible and if possible, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

 Q: HOW CAN I KEEP MY CASE CLEAN AND SAFE?

A: You can use a mix of mild soap or dishwashing liquid with warm water on a soft cloth to gently remove any marks, making sure not to apply pressure. Make sure to use clean water after to remove any soap and leave to dry completely before putting it back on your phone.

Keep away from suncream, abrasive cleaners or liquids containing alcohol as designs on the phone case may rub off. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing. 

 

PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS: 

  • Avoid contact with cosmetics containing high alcohol content to prevent smudging of the printed inks.
  • Avoid direct contact with hand creams and sun creams.
  • Keep the product out of excessive heat and direct sunlight to prevent possible discoloration.
  • Do not exert excessive force when handling the product.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

A: Please have a look at our shipping policy page, which can be found at the bottom (footer) of our website. We aim to dispatch orders within a few working days of receiving the order, however this could vary slightly depending on the volume of orders that we are receiving at that time. 

     

Q: WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL & CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: When you place an order with us, we will send you a confirmation email. All orders placed with us are tracked so the tracking number will be included in your confirmation of shipment email.

 

Q: CAN I GET FREE DELIVERY?

A: We offer free delivery on all orders over £50. If you use a discount code which takes your order value to below £50 then free shipping will not be applied at checkout. 

 

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Unfortunately, we only offer UK shipping currently. However, we are looking into shipping internationally, so hopefully soon! If you live outside of the UK and are interested in our brand, please interact with us on our social media pages so that we know there is interest in your area.

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER 1ST CLASS DELIVERY?

A: Yes! We offer 1st or 2nd class delivery options when checking out. Delivery charges are at the expense of the customer unless the order is over £50. Free delivery for orders over £50 is 2nd class delivery and if you want to upgrade to 1st class delivery the 'free shipping' discount will no longer apply.

A: YES! Instagram is our go-to platform to offer exclusive discount codes and any giveaways. And, we often announce any sales on our Instagram (@spaceturtleuk) so make sure to follow, so that you don't miss out! 

We also offer exclusive discounts to our email subscribers, so make sure to subscribe (we don't spam)!

 

WORKING WITH US

Q: HOW CAN I WORK WITH SPACE TURTLE AS AN INFLUENCER OR UGC CREATOR?

A: We would love to collaborate more with content creators (with any size following). Our main goal when collaborating with influencers or UGC creators is to ensure that they are genuine fans of our brand. Therefore, we are most likely to work with existing customers or people that engage regularly with our social media content.

Q: I HAVE SIGNED UP TO THE SPACE TURTLE EMAIL LIST BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAILS?

A: Please check your spam, junk or 'other' folder (depending on your email host) as sometimes our emails get stuck in there. If you cannot see any emails and think you may have missed something, feel free to contact us on our Get in Touch form at the footer of our website.
